Collect used stamps for the Trust
We can turn your old stamps into track (via cash!) Just send any stamps you have - clippings from mail, old collections, packets etc to us and we can make good money from them. Coins & banknotes also welcome.
We can turn your old stamps into track (via cash!) Just send any stamps you have - clippings from mail, old collections, packets etc to us and we can make good money from them. Coins & banknotes also welcome.
Simply place them in an envelope and address to SDRHT Stamp Appeal, 10 Bellamy Avenue, Hartcliffe, BRISTOL, BS13 0HW. Try to use nice commemorative stamps on the envelope as these all go into the mix. ALL stamps are welcome, try to cut them carefully from the envelope leaving about 1/4" all round. Don't sort them into types etc as they'll all be mixed together in any case. These are then sold on directly to collectors. Please DO NOT include ANY other correspondence in your package as these can be sold unopened for higher rates to collectors, therefore making more money for the Trust.

Books, videos, DVDs, puzzles
We are happy to take your donations for the second-hand bookshop of books of any kind, but in good condition please. Railway subjects are an obvious favourite. Also videos, DVDs and jigsaw puzzles in decent condition are welcome.
Sponsorship
Some employers run charitable donation schemes, or like-for-like matching of sponsorship money raised by employees for charity events. If your company does, can you help the Trust. We would love to hear from you if you think this is possible.
